I grew up in Costa Rica surrounded by businesses where they know you by name. Small shops, shoe stores and restaurants where you can see the effort in everything they do. One day, one of the most well-known florists in the country closed. Not because of bad service, but because the next generation never knew it existed. That brought me to Madrid: to learn how to make good businesses reach the people who don't know them yet.
I have 5+ years in digital marketing. I worked on $38M of Kellogg's US digital media investment at Publicis. I was Marketing Engagement Lead for the Merck Oncology program across Chile, Argentina and Peru from Accenture. Today I apply all of that to startups and SMBs where every euro counts.
Today I'm Fractional Marketing Lead at Mentorhood (B2B platform with 23K users) and marketing consultant inside Good People, a boutique B2B agency in Madrid. My job is to make better marketing decisions using data, not intuition. Every change should be justified by what your customer does, not by what someone thinks.
